« I have known Lous Seurrots for about ten years and have always had very good experiences. That's why we decided to come back for three nights, as we didn't have more time. However, something has changed. The first night, the heating broke and the morning was cold; the weather was not very good, around 10 degrees and it rained. But that's not the problem, the campsite has recently opened for the new season and we understand that things can happen. (All the information is written in the emails that the reception and I sent to each other during our stay at Lous Seurrots). We spoke with the reception several times and with the maintenance team another three or four times. The campsite knew, all of us (reception, maintenance staff, etc.), that the heating was broken from the first night; the problem had simple solutions, which would not involve any expense for Lous Seurrots. I do not understand why the campsite did not give us any solution during our stay until they received my last email, a few hours before we left. Who of the workers decided not to help us, why they didn't help us.... Seriously, if they had helped us the first morning, in 5 minutes we would have a solution and we would have been very happy with our stay at Lous Seurrots. I don't get it. It's absurd. I have no explanation of what happened or why. We have received no explanation or apology, and now we get these questions about our experience at a Yelloh Village campsite. I didn´t the intention of answer your questionnaire but today I have received another new message of Yelloh Village speaking about loyalty points.... We feel cheated; years ago we wouldn't have thought of something like this with you. »

« First time there and really enjoyed the peace and quiet, helped by early Sept stay. Good facilities and nice walk to local ocean village and sea (around 500m). Great to use an inflatable kayak in the estuary with direct access from the site. Will definitely use again. »

« This is a fantastic camp site overall, friendly staff, excellent facilities and large pitches. High security presence gives you peace of mind. The pool area is lovely when it is too windy on the beach and there are plenty of activities you can involved with if you want to. »

« Positives: Room and facilities comfortable. Had a problem with one of the showers (Negative) but was dealt with and resolved swiftly by the maintenance team (very positive). WiFi available. Lots of facilities on site for both adults and kids. Could generally get a lounger around the pool except at really busy times. Negatives: Some irresponsible dog owners allowed their dogs to roam freely and leave their mess. Only 2 EV charging points but did get to use it 1 day during our 7 night stay. »

« Great location, amazing pool and great access to the river and beach. Restaurant, takeaway and ice cream parlour were all amazing! Good sandy pitches and toilet facilities all good. Some lack of clarity around rules about what is and isn’t permitted including BBQs, washing lines and hammocks. Defo recommend to others, we had a brilliant stay! »
