Your kind words about the friendliness and availability of our staff mean a great deal to us, as this is exactly the experience we aim to provide to all our guests.   Regarding your accommodation upon arrival, we would like to clarify that as soon as you reported the issue, our teams immediately intervened and replaced the fitted bed linen. The mark observed was an ingrained stain rather than a recent soiling, with no odor or surrounding trace, but we fully understand your concern and treated the situation with the utmost seriousness. In addition, as a gesture of care and hospitality, a bottle of wine was offered to you during your stay.   The other technical issues you mention have also been forwarded to the relevant teams in order to be addressed and corrected sustainably. We fully understand the inconvenience caused and sincerely apologize that your experience did not entirely meet our standards.
