« The house was not completely clean. There was a package of chewing gum in the bathroom when we arrived, I guess they were from the people that lived in this house before us, also they were several died flies in front of the window as well as some stains on the couch. The price for the house is not cheap so I would have expected such things not to happen. However, they are not surprising to be honest. During our stay the houses left and right to ours were cleaned several times as we saw new neighbours arriving and going. The first thing cleaning staff were doing upon arrival, was sitting on the terrace, having a smoke on the terrace and drinking coffee while shooting photos of the nice scenery of river view and sea view. I watched that happening 4 times so this seems to be the usual behavior. »

« Die Anlage war super schön und gepflegt! Es hat uns sehr gefallen besonders der Poolbereich .Der Stellplatz war leider sehr schräg gelegen sodass wir Probleme hatten unseren 8,50 m Wohnwagen waagerecht zu platzieren .Die Stellplätze waren wirklich groß. Es gibt auch waagerechte Plätze . Wir waren 11 Tage dort . Es war Alles top . Im Supermarkt konnte man gut einkaufen ! »

« Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois, pour un petit week end de mai, en famille. Malgré la pluie on s'est régalé : supers installations, super cadre, les équipes sont adorables. C'était trop court !! On réfléchit déjà à revenir. »

« I have known Lous Seurrots for about ten years and have always had very good experiences. That's why we decided to come back for three nights, as we didn't have more time. However, something has changed. The first night, the heating broke and the morning was cold; the weather was not very good, around 10 degrees and it rained. But that's not the problem, the campsite has recently opened for the new season and we understand that things can happen. (All the information is written in the emails that the reception and I sent to each other during our stay at Lous Seurrots). We spoke with the reception several times and with the maintenance team another three or four times. The campsite knew, all of us (reception, maintenance staff, etc.), that the heating was broken from the first night; the problem had simple solutions, which would not involve any expense for Lous Seurrots. I do not understand why the campsite did not give us any solution during our stay until they received my last email, a few hours before we left. Who of the workers decided not to help us, why they didn't help us.... Seriously, if they had helped us the first morning, in 5 minutes we would have a solution and we would have been very happy with our stay at Lous Seurrots. I don't get it. It's absurd. I have no explanation of what happened or why. We have received no explanation or apology, and now we get these questions about our experience at a Yelloh Village campsite. I didn´t the intention of answer your questionnaire but today I have received another new message of Yelloh Village speaking about loyalty points.... We feel cheated; years ago we wouldn't have thought of something like this with you. »

« First time there and really enjoyed the peace and quiet, helped by early Sept stay. Good facilities and nice walk to local ocean village and sea (around 500m). Great to use an inflatable kayak in the estuary with direct access from the site. Will definitely use again. »

« This is a fantastic camp site overall, friendly staff, excellent facilities and large pitches. High security presence gives you peace of mind. The pool area is lovely when it is too windy on the beach and there are plenty of activities you can involved with if you want to. »
