We’re delighted that you enjoyed the chalet’s cleanliness, the warm welcome from our staff, and especially our green spaces, surrounded by pine trees and lush vegetation.   We have taken note of your comment regarding check-in and check-out times. For check-in, you can request an early check-in directly when making your reservation, subject to availability. We are also taking your suggestion regarding a later check-out into consideration, particularly for short stays.   As for air conditioning, some of our cottages will be equipped with it starting next year to provide a little extra coolness on very hot days.   Thank you again for your trust and for this wonderful review! After two stays at Les Lous Seurrots, knowing that you still enjoyed your experience so much and that you’d like to come back is a real source of satisfaction for the entire team. Regarding the Rivière Cottages, we understand your disappointment. They are named this way because they are located across from the Contis River. However, due to the vegetation we’re planting to provide more shade and preserve the campground’s natural setting, not all cottages actually have a direct view of the stream. We will, nonetheless, consider how to make this point clearer in the accommodation descriptions.   And for your next stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know that you’d like a River Cottage with a view of the river: we’ll do our best to offer you a location that meets your expectations.   Thank you also for your comments regarding the water heater and the brochure, as well as for your kind words about the staff at the front desk, the bar, and the pool. Beste Marcel,   Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring zo uitgebreid met ons te delen. We zijn blij om te lezen dat u veel van uw verblijf heeft gewaardeerd, waaronder de netheid van het park, het zwembad, de sportactiviteiten, de supermarkt en vooral de vriendelijkheid en oplettendheid van ons beveiligingsteam.   Tegelijkertijd betreuren we het oprecht dat het comfort van uw accommodatie uw verblijf zo sterk heeft beïnvloed. Veertien nachten slecht slapen door de warmte is uiteraard niet de ervaring die wij onze gasten willen bieden. We begrijpen uw opmerkingen over het ontbreken van airconditioning en nemen uw opmerkingen hierover, evenals uw suggestie voor een warmtepompsysteem, zeer serieus.   Ons oceaanklimaat heeft ons er tot nu toe toe gebracht om in onze accommodaties geen airconditioning te voorzien. De uitzonderlijke temperaturen van deze zomer laten ons echter zien dat we onze keuzes moeten blijven evalueren. Vanaf 2027 zullen sommige van onze accommodaties worden uitgerust met airconditioning, zodat we beter kunnen inspelen op deze nieuwe klimaatomstandigheden.   We begrijpen ook uw opmerkingen over de ligging en de onderlinge afstand van de accommodaties in de wijk Fougère. Privacy en comfort zijn belangrijke onderdelen van de vakantiebeleving en uw feedback helpt ons om beter na te denken over de inrichting en presentatie van deze accommodaties. Ook nemen we uw opmerking over de informatie op onze website, met name over de indeling en de aanwezigheid van airconditioning, mee. Tot slot danken we u voor uw positieve opmerkingen over onze sportactiviteiten en onze beveiliging, maar ook voor uw eerlijke feedback over de animatie, het restaurant en de bar.
